Returns

Botanica Bazaars Online Shop will accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days from shipping date. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. 
Please email info@botanicabazaar.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include the shipping slip with your return. Returns without the original order number/shipping slip will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.
Botanica Bazaar is not responsible for any returns that are lost in the mail while in transit to us. We advise you to insure your package containing the product(s) being sent to us and get tracking information. No exceptions can be made to this policy. 
If your package has been damaged in shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately.
We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.


Shipping

Our website accommodates only US shipments  at this time through UPS. We cannot ship to PO BX's at this time.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next business day. Holiday volumes may add three business days.
Orders over $500 require an in-person signature at the time of delivery.
